Quell One respects the privacy of visitors to this website and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website, maintain its security and respond to communications.

The website does not contain contact forms, user accounts, newsletter subscriptions or other mechanisms through which visitors submit personal data directly.

When the website is accessed, limited technical information may nevertheless be processed automatically by the infrastructure used to deliver and secure the website. This may include, in particular, IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or device information and technical security information.

Such data are processed where necessary to operate, secure and diagnose the website, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact with Quell One

If you contact Quell One by email, telephone or another communication channel, information contained in that communication may be processed in order to respond to your enquiry and manage further correspondence.

Depending on the nature of the communication, the legal basis may be:

• Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; or

Quell One does not use personal data obtained through this website for automated decision-making or profiling.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Quell One does not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies or similar tracking technologies on this website.

Technical mechanisms strictly necessary for delivery or security of the website may be used by the underlying infrastructure where required for those purposes. They are not used by Quell One for advertising, behavioural analytics or profiling.

Accordingly, the website does not currently display a cookie-consent banner.

This notice will be updated if the functionality of the website changes in a way that materially affects the processing of personal data.
